Our History
In 1972, Ballsbridge University was known as IOFM and recognized by civil societies as a philanthropic organization to educate the poor and voiceless.
During 1999, the name was changed to Inter-heal and was recognized by UN civil society.
The University got its present name "Ballsbridge University" when it was incorporated by Charter in Dominica and exempted from TAX. Today, Ballsbridge University is registered in British Virgin Island, Curacao and other countries as an educational company leading open international academic center.
Mission
The University is committed to achieve excellence in education for the professions and to maintaining international leadership in flexible education, open education, executive education and distance education. The University stresses on promoting lifelong quality learning. The mission of the Ballsbridge University is to contribute to society through the pursuit of Higher and professional education, learning, and research at the highest international levels of excellence.

University Structure
Ballsbridge University is an independent and self-governing institution, consisting of the central body and the affiliated Colleges and professional institutions.
Chancellor
Usually an eminent public figure elected for life, serves as the titular head of the University, presiding over all major ceremonies.
Vice-Chancellor
Holds office for up to seven years and is the senior officer of the University.
Registrar
Responsible to sign all independent academic documents and transcripts.
University Council
Responsible for academic policy and strategic direction through five major committees: Education, General Purposes, Personnel, Planning and Resource Allocation, and Research.
